Existing wood siding to be removed and new Hardie board siding to be installed for entire house fa�ade. Note: fire rating wall install at exterior walls within 5' of property line, all locations to be reviewed by Building Department. All existing vinyl windows to be replaced with wood 2 over 2 windows, black aluminum cladding over the wood for the exterior finish. Porch and rear 2 roofs to have reclaimed metal roof panels installed to match existing main roof, which will remain as-is. Existing front and rear vinyl doors to be replaced with wooden entry doors. Existing front porch to be rebuilt to match existing, structurally sound existing materials to be reused,porch columns to be replaced in kind. No changes will be made to exterior walls and current volume of house. House will have complete interior remodel as well, to be reviewed further by Building Department. Note: we are aware this house is in the Architectural Review District of the City and listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
