Subject: Intrada Admin Action
Susan and Brad,
I wanted to document in an email the items that were discussed and agreed to during our meeting yesterday.
I will follow the request letter from 4/10/2019
1. Screen wall material was approved by the DRC in a previous meeting and the layout has remain unchanged in
layout.
2. The patios material change to concrete is approved.
3. The concrete sidewalk adjacent to the parking areas are not approved to be removed as shown on the request
plans.The revised admin action plans will show the approved sidewalk locations we indicated during the
meeting.
4. The curbed islands indicated in the action request to be modified to paved striped islands has been approved.
5. The Seating wall and sidewalk near the flagpole was agreed to be removed,two benches were agreed to be
added in this area will be shown on the revised admin action plans.
6. The bike rack elimination was approved in the location indicated.
7. The egress door on building 1 was approved.
8. The asphalt walk was not approved and will remain concrete as indicated on the revised admin action plans.
9. The parking lot light reduction was approved.
10. The bollard light reduction was approved.
11. The decorative street light reduction was approved.
12. The landscaping reduction was not approved, only in curbed islands that were removed as part of number 4
above is agreed to be removed.
Note: as part of request 3 it was agreed that the satellite parking lot to the north of the post office property line
would be reduced to be safely lit by a single parking lot light.The pavement was also agreed to become asphalt
pavement only and the porous pavement was removed from the plan.This was agreed to in an effort to reduce cost
and pavement.These spaces are to be shown as banked spaces to allow for these spaces to be installed if needed at
a later time without site plan revision.This revision will result in less landscaping in this area and one less parking lot
light.
I will be working on the revisions to the admin action plans and will submit those to be added to the file and help with
coordination with the as-built process.
