The submission also includes the three signed final plans from the approval with the modifications highlighted for easy identification. In addition to the high lighted plans the following is a list and brief explanation of the modifications. • Screen walls and green screen have been replaced on the plans near the patio with screened fencing to provide privacy for the patios. Green screens were removed for maintenance purposes. The screening fencing to be installed should be a PVC screening product color to match the building trim color. • The patios have been changed from concrete pavers to standard concrete patios for long term maintenance. • Some concrete sidewalks adjacent to parking areas have been removed from the plans as they were not needed for interior circulation. • Some curbed green spaces adjacent to the parking areas have been removed and been replaced by asphalt pavement and striping. • The seating wall and sidewalk around the flagpole has been removed from the project. But the flagpole plantings have been maintained to provide a focal point along the access from future project site to the west. • A bike rack location was eliminated because the location is close to another rack at the adjacent building. • An egress door was added to the east side of building 1 on Washington Street. • An asphalt walk was added to replace a concrete sidewalk from an egress door on the west end of building 1. • The number of parking lot light poles was reduced from 21 poles to 16 poles while maintaining a safe lighting level on the parking areas. • The number of bollard lights was reduced from 31 poles to 11 poles and located mostly along interior walk while maintaining a safe lighting levels on the parking areas. • The decorative street lights along the street have been reduced from 17 to 16 while still complying with zoning standards for this zone. The private road is being treated as a city ROW. • The landscaping plan was reduced in the amount of planting from 98 trees to 75 trees, from 198 shrubs to 159 shrubs.
