We have reduced the 4 requested variances down to 2. The changes are as follows: 1.)We have eliminated the swimming pool, which eliminates the need for a variance for accessory lot coverage. (The garage pavilion represents 9.6% which is under the allowable 10%.) 2.) We have reduced the depth of the front porch, which allows us to pull the garage pavilion 5 feet off the rear property line, thereby eliminating the need for this variance. 3.) As a result of reducing the depth of the front porch, our principal building lot coverage is reduced from 36.3% down to 35.2%. We would like to be placed on the agenda for the upcoming meeting on March 18th. Please let me know if you should require any additional information.
