Crisafulli, the enclosed larger size map identifying the area of variance requested. Additionally, please find, based upon a visual inventory of nearby properties on the GIS information available to the public, other residential parcels with minimal open space or uncovered areas of the lot(in excess of permitted maximum lot coverage): 1. 80 York Ave - 166.45-3-15 - Brown, Christina 2. 26 Warren Street- 166.45-2-45 -- Lewis, David K. 3. 114 Middle Ave - 166.45-3-40 -Ward,Jason 4. 36 Warren Street- 166.37-2-36 -Adinolfi, Paul A. 5. 13 James Street- 166.45-2-29 - Gonroff,Jennifer A. In looking at most of the smaller lots (presently undersized) in the area of town, many if not most have more than 50% lot coverage by the structures on the property. Some, such at 13 James (see item 5 above) just around the corner from our site, appear to have coverage nearing 90%. As such, the proposal being made in this application is consistent with the development of these smaller lots neighborhood to exceed the maximum lot coverage under present code. It is this similar treatment that the applicant seeks for her project. Respectfully Submitt-•, &A)att:4111r vfwi r . Edward M. Sossner, Esq. Cc:\ Laura A.
