Cameron Email Address camcameron@yahoo.com Business Name - Address 122 CIRCULAR ST City SARATOGA SPGS State NY Zip Code 12866 Phone Number 5185842404 Project Name 65 and 69 Phila Street proposed demolition Project Number Field not completed. Project Address 65 and 69 Phila Street Comments Since the owners of these two historic homes have LET them decay in opposition of all neighborhood and city efforts to do otherwise, they should be fined accordingly and compelled to make necessary repairs - or turn the structures over to a group like Saratoga Preservation which will make appropriate efforts to conserve and find suitable caretakers for the structures so they are not lost! People both visit Saratoga and choose to live here in large part due to our visible historical architecture. Re- warding owners who have done nothing to maintain their his- toric properties by allowing them to destroy them is NOT a practice to establish! Please consider other methods - conser- vatorship, partners or other novel ways to maintain and pre- serve these historic structures! Attached are two imagined ren- derings of the homes repaired (without additions or changes). The original curved porch pieces for 65 Phila were stored in its living room and are shown in rendering.
