Board Directors initially the owners sought to demolish the structure, in large part., due to the low ceiling heights of the second floor. The intent of the Design Review Commission approval of the Adam N. Favro revised project was to retain and restore as much of the original historic structure as President possible and allow for an addition to accommodate the needs of the owner.
