2020316 Darling Donuts Awning Application June 1, 2020 To Whom It May Concern, Please find enclosed the application from Darling Doughnuts to change the lettering on the existing awning at 441 B Broadway in Saratoga Springs, NY. The awning itself has existed and in compliance going as far back as 1997, and most recently re-permitted in May, 2019 when the building owner changed the awning color from green to black (Application No. 2019-0418). We are seeking only to put our lettering—white vinyl—on the front of the awning. No structural changes to the existing awning or fabric material are proposed. Included in this application are photographs of the existing awning on the storefront and our proposed lettering for the front valance of the awning. Thank you very much for your review.
