The owner is considering upgrading the areas of light grey fiber cement panels (bubbled in red below) to a white think brick veneer. We feel this will work well with the aesthetic of the rest of the building while still helping to achieve the initial massing variation the color change created. Is this a change that could be approved administratively? Please let me know your thoughts.
