Hell4 ]ennifer and Planning Board,
I felt compelled to voice my opinion after seeing the article about the new proposed ofFice
building at 2b9 Braadway. In short, my heart completely sank.
The building design, as shown in the May 1 - 7 issue of Saratoga Today, is one of the most
cold, unwelcaming, and unattractive building designs I've ever seen, In a historic town like
Saratoga Springs that radiates charm, warmth, and lovely character, it's unfathomable that a
building with none of those attributes will be stuffd in on the same block as Spa Catholic ad
the Visitor's Center (a design treasure), and near prceless Congress Park. For a city that
prides itself on preserving histary, I would truly hope that the Planning Baard cn hae a
betker vision for enhancing the unique character and charm of Saratoga by not approving this
building design.
Thank you,
Bannie Eberlin
