1"his was due to the time required to make budget adjustments,to complete Contract Documents and to secure the Contractor.
The date of the transmittal of the Building Permit application was 3/19/20, about one week past the 18 month deadline. However,

When requesting an extension of time for an existing variance,the applicant must prove that the circumstances upon which the origina)
