In the matter of the application

Bethesda Episcopal Mixed-use Building

Saratoga Springs, New York 12866
involving Architectural Review of a previously-approved, 4-story multipurpose building within the
Transect-6 Urban Core District, tax parcel #165.67-1-22 within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Planning Board, acting as lead agency, issued a SEQRA negative
declaration on October 2, 2015.
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance
Article 240-7.4 Historic Review, the Design Review Commission issues the following decision on April
29, 2020:
Issuance of partial approval for mass, scale and general building design; applicant may proceed
to seek a building permit
Note: applicant to return for final review of building materials and fenestration design
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit
has been issued and actual work begun.
Record of vote: motion to approve made by TEhinger, seconded by KCavotta: passed 7-0
As a result of this decision, the applicant:
may proceed with the proposed project as approved
Please contact the Building Department to verify permit requirements.
