In the matter of the application

involving Architectural Review of exterior modifications (expansion, addition) to an existing residential
structure within the Urban Residential-3 district, tax parcel #166.46-2-64 within the City of Saratoga
Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Commission classifies this request as a SEQR
Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review.
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the City Zoning Ordinance
Article 240-7.5 Architectural Review, the Design Review Commission issues the following decision on
April 29, 2020.
Approve with the following conditions:
The homeowner will use a wider trim around the front door. The homeowner will use natural wood
products on the front porch.
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit
has been issued and actual work begun.
Record of vote: motion to approve made by ESheehan, seconded by LDiCarlo: passed 7-0
As a result of this decision, the applicant:
may proceed with the proposed project as approved
