Reason for Extension: (continued)
of the filing of the Final Plot which was filed on May 3,2018. The survey work for the construction
of the trail has been commenced. There is a minor discrepancy as to width of the trail (8 foot as
opposed to 6 foot) and materials (crushed stone as opposed to wood chips) which was being
discussed with DEC. Applicant has just received confirmation from the DEC that an 8 foot wide
trail made up of crushed stone is approved. Applicant requests an extension of time to complete the
trail.

Enclosed herein please find a request for an extension of time to complete the trail and
footbridges at Oak Ridge Subdivision Phase 2. I was not sure whether the fee is $300 or $600;
therefore,I have enclosed two(2)checks payable to the Commissioner of Finance,each in the sum
of$300. In the event the fee is only $300, please return one of the checks to us at your earliest
convenience.
