Q Issued a Negative SEQRA Declaration on February 27, 2020 . Issued final approval of a 6-lot subdivision as per the requirements set forth in the City of Saratoga Springs Subdivision Regulations with the following conditions: • Applicant to modify the landscaping plan per City Arborist recommendations. Final changes to the landscaping plan subject to Administrative Action by the Chair. • Recommend that the design of the future homes incorporate prominent front porches and recessed garages. • Applicant to provide a sidewalk along Steele Street frontage. • Recommend that the City install a sidewalk in front of the property at the corner of Jefferson St. and Steele St. ( 110 Jefferson St.) along both frontages. Further recommend that the fee in lieu of recreational lands be used toward installation of the sidewalk. • Final plans shall be provided to the satisfaction of the City's designated engineer and DPW. The applicant is required to complete the following as per the City of Saratoga Springs Subdivision Regulations: • Deliver a letter of credit or cash escrow as a performance guarantee to the City for required on- and off-site improvements. • Submit a fee in lieu of recreational lands of $2,000 for each new residential lot per Appendix A of the Subdivision Regulations. • Submit two (2) mylar and two (2) paper copies of the final approved subdivision plat for signature by the Planning Board Chair. • File the signed final subdivision plat with the Saratoga County Clerk within sixty-two (62) days as provided in Article 3, Section 32 of General City Law. This approval shall expire if not enacted within 180 days as set forth in the City of Saratoga Springs Subdivision Regulations Article II, Section I.
