The referral recently sent to this office (Jan. 15, 2020) for review of the exact same SUP as previously reviewed and responded to will not be taken up at our February 20, 2020 meeting as the review is unnecessary and redundant. This department and Board's responses noted above for the two actions stand and require no further review by this office.
