Susan, pls see the attached Referral Response Letters of July 24,
2018 for a Special Use Permit and January 18, 2019 for Site Plan
Review associated with Gary Stone's mixed uses on a 22.5-acre
parcel. The referral recently sent to this office (Jan. 15, 2020) for
review of the exact same SUP as previously reviewed and responded
to will not be taken up at our February 20, 2020 meeting as the
review is unnecessary and redundant. This department and Board's
responses noted above for the two actions stand and require no
further review by this office.
