Please be advised that all asbestos-containing material identified in the Pre-Demolition Survey was
legally abated and disposed of in accordance with NYS Department of Labor ICR 56 guidelines.
This letter satisfies the requirement under Section 5.1 (H) stating “no demolition, renovation,
remodeling or repair work shall be commenced by any owner or the owner’s agent prior to the
completion of asbestos abatement in accordance with the notification requirements of this part.”
