The Chairperson of the Design Review Board finds that, in accordance with Section 8.3 of the Rules and Regulations of the Design Review Board, the requested action is not substantive in nature and is not contrary to the intent of the original Board decision. Therefore, the request for administrative action, as described above, is approved. Hi Julia, I am comfortable approving this administratively. I would consider this an act of normal maintenance. It is not a permanent feature, i.e. can be easily removed if necessary. Factor in the lack of visibility, and the color matching, and this seems perfectly appropriate. Please consider the installation of the snow guards administratively approved.
