Hi Julia, I am comfortable approving this administratively. I would consider this an act of normal maintenance. It is not a permanent feature, i.e. can be easily removed if necessary. Factor in the lack of visibility, and the color matching, and this seems perfectly appropriate. Please consider the installation of the snow guards administratively approved. Thank you!
