In the matter of the request for administrative action relating to application

to approve the installation of snow guards to the side and rear facades.
The Chairperson of the Design Review Board finds that, in accordance with Section 8.3 of the Rules and
Regulations of the Design Review Board, the requested action is not substantive in nature and is not
contrary to the intent of the original Board decision. Therefore, the request for administrative action, as
described above, is approved.

Hi Julia,
I am comfortable approving this administratively. I would consider this an act of normal maintenance.
It is not a permanent feature, i.e. can be easily removed if necessary. Factor in the lack of visibility, and
the color matching, and this seems perfectly appropriate. Please consider the installation of the snow
guards administratively approved.

The guards will be installed on the side and rear facades, not on the front, are an aluminum
metal blend and will be color matched to the new standing seam roof.
Is this something you feel comfortable approving administratively or would you prefer I add
it to an agenda?

pieces of ColorGard together, ensuring continuous, unbroken
protection.The dimple in the center is designed to provide a
gap, allowing for expansion and contraction of the ColorGard
sections.

SnoClip can be added to retard the migration of snow and ice
beneath the crossmembers. Simply insert it onto the ColorGard
crossmember during or following installation and secure the
fastener to engage the SnoClip foot onto the roof.

VersaClip goes in place as ColorGard crossmember is installed. It
no longer has to be preassembled to the crossmember.

Not included. The ColorStrip should be supplied in 2 in (50.8
mm) wide strips by the manufacturer of the roofing material
in order to ensure a perfect color match for the life of the roof
