Re: SCPB Referral Review #26-155 - Use Variance Review - Cellco Verizon Telecommunication Tower
A proposed 124 ft telecommunication tower is in need of a use variance to be constructed on the 22.50-
acre site with a Light Industrial zoning designation.

Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on August 20, 2026.
Decision: No Significant County-wide or Intercommunity Impact
Comments: As the access to this parcel is through the National Grid property with fronte on CR-23, any
access or utility improvements within the County Right-of-Way on Brook Road (CR-23) will need permits
from the Saratoga County DPW.
