NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the subdivision approval extension application #18.034/20190428 of:
Jefferson Street Subdivision
41 -45 Jefferson Street
Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
Involving the premises with tax parcel #178.28-1 -27 & 29, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an
application for an approval extension of a four-lot residential subdivision in an Urban Residential - 2 (UR-
2) District with the Planning Board who met on January 16, 2020 and made the following decision(s) with
a 7-0 vote (In favor: Torpey, Totino, Horton, Fabozzi, Boivin, Bonitatibus, Mayo):
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Planning Board classifies this request as a SEQR Type II action
that is exempt from further SEQR review.
And, in accordance with requirements set forth in the City Subdivision Regulations, the Planning Board
issues the following decision on January 16, 2020:
Issue 90-day extension from expiration date of second approval extension
Note:
- This represents the third extension of the subdivision approval and will expire Feb. 15, 2020
- All other conditions of the original approval, granted on November 15, 2018 shall apply.
