The following images depict the existing conditions of the property and the proposed plan
elevations from each side of the structure.
As mentioned previously, all the windows will be done in an Anderson 400 series with STL
grilles where applied.
The new plans for the house have some windows being relocated, some windows
eliminated and some windows being added.
The overall appearance of the exterior is not changing besides the windows, siding upgrade
to LP smart side and new front stoop.
There are no roof alterations except for repairing and replacing the shingles with Owens
Corning Onxy Black architectural shingles.
