-These windows are made of wood construction with Clad exteriors and ILT grilles.
LP smart side exterior siding
-This siding is know for its traditional look along with longevity and strength. The
siding will be ordered in wood grain prefinished in Garden Sage. Brochure also
attached for more information. Example below
Owens Corning roofing
- The existing 3 tab onyx black roof with be replaced with an Owens Corning
Architectural 30 year shingle in Onyx Black. Example below
Trex Decking
- The Deck and deck railing material will be Trex composite and aluminum materials.
The deck color is TBD and the railing will be in White composite finish. See below for
