Subject: Use of a 65 ton Crane on Pavillion Place
Dear Mr. Dempsey:
This letter confirms my review of the proposed crane to be used on the street for
erection purposes. Based on the Geotech report supplied to us and the loading charts
from the crane specification to be used, it is my professional opinion that the crane will
not adversely affect the existing street and the surface will safely support the crane
and its tare.
Conclusions & Recommendations
My analysis and review of the crane operation at this location will not adversely affect
the existing street and if there are an issue with the existing street paving (cracking or
pitting) the development team will be responsible to repair and to meet or exceed the
city specifications.
