- Jersey barriers are moved ~14’ into the right of way on Pavilion Place extending the perimeter of the site
- The permitted parking spaces on the NW side of Pavilion Place are used as a one-way lane for
southbound traffic on Pavilion to Caroline St; northbound traffic up Pavilion is prohibited and redirected
down Caroline St to Henry St with proper signage.
- The crane operates from within the site on the Pavilion Place side and the remainder of the enclosed
space is used to store the steel.
- For deliveries, the section of Pavilion adjacent to the site will be closed in the manner depicted in Figure
1.3. Trucks carrying steel will travel east down Caroline Street, turn left onto the shutdown section of
Pavilion, and be unloaded by the crane with the steel beams being laid out within the confines of the
site. Upon completion of unloading, trucks will continue northbound on Pavilion and make a right-hand
turn onto Lake Ave and the one-way southbound lane on Pavilion will reopen.
- The outlined section of Pavilion Place will remain one-way for a roughly 5 week period during the
podium framing stage of construction.
