In the matter of the application

involving Determination of significance, discussion of partial demolition and historic review of construction on an existing
structure within the Urban Residential-3 (UR-3) District, tax parcel #165.60-2-24.2, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
Consistent with Section 13 of the City's Unified Development Ordinance, the Design Review Board determines on
August 5, 2026 that the structure noted:
Does not have Architectural and/or historical significance contributing to the historic fabric and
resources of the City of Saratoga Springs.
Record of vote:
motion to approve made by T Ehinger, seconded by G Wood passed 5-0
In favor: T Ehinger, K Cavotta, K D’Andrea, L DiCarlo, G Wood
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been issued and
actual work begun.
As a result of this decision, the applicant:
may proceed with the proposed project as approved
