involving Architectural review of roof-mounted mechanical equipment and wall signage within the Urban Core (UC)
Neighborhood District, tax parcel #165.59-1-20, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:
Type II action – exempt from further SEQR review
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance
Article 240-13.9 Architectural Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Board issues the
following decision on August 5, 2026:
Approve the plans with the following conditions:
Sign illumination to be changed to halo lit, sign hardware to be drilled into mortar, not the bricks, sign
to be hung between the keystone details of the brick. All conditions to be approved administratively.

Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been issued and

PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS
As part of an HVAC system SFI Duct Blowers will not 'surge'. "hunt", or'stall'.
Quiet forward curved blowers operate at 14 the rpm of other inline solutions.
SFI is an outdoor series.
FEATURES

CFM: Approximately 500 to 4,400 CFM in a single blower.
Constructed from cold rolled steel, with grey baked on powder coat.
The outdoor unit uses protective galvaneal steel under the powder coat.
Forward Curved blowers operate at low RPM for law noise levels -
Heavy duly ball bearings suitable for-650 F to +2517 F.
Keywayed shafts both ends for clockwise or counter clockwise rotation.
Saddle type motor mounting platform provides extended belt tension
adjustment range on all models.
