Hello Julia:
As your office is aware, this office represents Matrix BDC JV, LLC, (the “Applicant”) with
respect to the proposed development of Tax Parcels: 178.-2-17.11 and 178.-2-17.12 located on
South Broadway in Saratoga Springs New York. On July 30, 2026, the Planning Board requested
an advisory opinion from the Design Review Board (“DRB”) relative to the above referenced
application.
Submitted herewith are updated architectural designs from Balzer & Tuck Architecture,
along with the proposed site plan layout from Bohler Engineering. This is to supplement the
prior submission to the DRB in October 2025, that was submitted for height mass and scale.
On behalf of the Applicant, I request that this matter be placed on the earliest available
agenda for consideration of a positive advisory opinion from the DRB. We look forward to
discussing the Application with you and the Board.
