I have been advised that the Applicant is unavailable to attend the Zoning Board of
Appeals meeting scheduled for August 10, 2026. As such, we respectfully request the above
referenced matter to be removed from the August 10th ZBA agenda and placed on the next
available agenda.
We appreciate the Board's consideration of this request and apologize for any
inconvenience.
