DPS has the following comments:
Code: Code approves
Traffic Garage: A stop sign should be placed before the sidewalk at the driveway intersection with Frank
Sullivan.
Fire: Hydrants described will need to be fitted with a 4" Stortz to Steamer appliance connection,
compatible with the SSFD 4" supply line. If a gate access option is used for vehicle access, it must allow
plans for fire department apparatus access and accommodate entry by said vehicles. With these items
considered, FD approves.
Police: No issues or concerns from the PD.
Commissioner Coll: No additional issues other than those noted.`
