Phase 1 Site Plan Work Items in SEQRA record EXCEPT parking garage and substation. 5 Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan Estimated amount of land disturbance > 1 acre, SWPPP required for SPDES permit Stormwater runoff will be directed to existing on-site stormwater management areas (NW and SE corners of site). PLUS One new infiltration basin is proposed at the NE corner of the site 6 Water & Sewer Report Review New sanitary sewer pump station (on site) and forcemain to gravity main to connect to existing Ball 1 Pump Station New 20-inch water main connection with the Saratoga County Water Authority Route along Adams Road/Geyser Road/NYS Route 50. Approx. 6,800 feet total Two -600,000 gallon water tanks proposed in SE portion of site. Water pump station (potable booster and fire pumps). Existing Site Driveway- Access to Guard Shack onto site. Connection to Bike Path: 6 foot wide, asphalt pavement. Approx 920 feet. Include updates from Chad 10 Water Tanks Original application/SEQRA record: Two, 500,000 gallon potable tanks, 33 feet high. One 200,000 gallon fire tank. Consolidate into two tanks, fire and potable. (Fire tank removed) 7/15/26 Supplement: Increase available water storage for redundancy purposes. Increase tank to 49.5 feet Under 50 ft height threshold for Industrial Zone 11 Photo rendering of 49.5 foot high tank. Tank not visible from Adams Road- photo embellished for visibility assessment. Aquastore tank sizes, diameter vs. height structural constraints. 12 Existing Lighting Plan Existing site parking/ driveway lights will not be changed. 13 Proposed Lighting LED Fixtures Limited to cooling towers for safety purposes Minimum footcandles proposed facing downwards 14 Landscaping/Tree Buffer 70 parking lot trees removed 35 trees being planted on site Fee in lieu of planting for 35 more based on DBH requirements. Is there room for more trees along Adams Road?
