Hi Rachel,
We reviewed the parking plan and the event dates with the Chair. He approves the parking plan absent
the few parking spaces that you show toward the front of the property. In addition, he approves a total
of 16 events (to be held between July 17 - Sept. 19).

Hi Susan,
Would it be ok with the planning board if i switched some of the dates? In hindsight, there aren't a
lot of concerts in the beginning of August. The SLA doesn't care, I already spoke with them. I figure
since you're going back to Planning board with the plan, you could just ask them. Here are the
proposed dates.
