In the matter of the application

involving architectural review of mass and scale of a proposed multi-unit structure within the Urban Core (UC) District,
tax parcel #165.67-1-58, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:
Unlisted – Negative Declaration by Design Review Board July 8, 2026
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance
Article 240-13.9 Architectural Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Board issues the
following decision on July 8, 2026:
Approve the mass and scale as submitted or shown on the attached plans
Record of vote:
motion to approve made by T Ehinger, seconded by L DiCarlo passed 5-0
In favor: T Ehinger, R DuBoff, L DiCarlo, K Cavotta, G Wood
Abstain: K D’Andrea
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been
issued and actual work begun.
