parcel #165.67-1-57.1, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
Consistent with Section 13 of the City's Unified Development Ordinance, the Design Review Board determines on
July 22, 2026 that the structure noted:
Does not have Architectural and/or historical significance contributing to the historic fabric and
resources of the City of Saratoga Springs.
