NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

involving discussion of demolition of an existing single-story structure, and architectural review of mass and scale of a
proposed mixed-use structure within the Urban Core (UC) District, tax parcel #165.67-1-57.1, within the City of
Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:
Unlisted – Negative Declaration by Design Review Board July 22, 2026
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance
Article 240-13.9 Architectural Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Board issues the
following decision on July 22, 2026:
Approve the demolition as submitted or shown on the attached plans
Note: this approval shall expire 18 months from the issuance date unless any necessary building permit has been
issued and actual work begun.
