2. Provide dimensions for the proposed driveway curb cuts.
3. Include a detail sheet with all applicable construction details.
4. Clarify the proposed property will be served by an individual well or connected to the existing
water main on west Ave. The plans shall include the locations, size, materials etc. where water
will be supplied.
5. Include existing water line location. Include existing water main and sizes on survey for West
Ave.
6. Provide proposed and existing addresses for all lots on site plan. Label accordingly Lot 1 and Lot
2.
7. Provide documentation from a NYS Licensed Professional Engineer confirming the proposed lot
can accommodate a septic system designed in accordance with NYSDOH Appendix 75-A
requirements.
