Dear Susan:
Please note that the Applicant and the Applicant's professional representatives for the
above matter are unavailable to attend the Design Review Board meeting scheduled on July 22,
2026. As such, we respectfully request that consideration of the matter be placed on the August
5, 2026 DRB agenda.
We would also ask to be removed from the Zoning Board of Appeals agenda scheduled
for July 22, 2026 to allow time for an appearance before the DRB.
We appreciate the Board's consideration of this request and apologize for any
inconvenience.
