The public hearing on the above-noted project in the City of Saratoga Springs is scheduled to be held
before the Zoning Board of Appeals at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, 7/27/2026, at City Hall, 474 Broadway
Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Please come prepared to discuss your project; you may bring additional
information to present to the Board, either as hard copies or digital copies. It is recommended that you
provide information beforehand.
Proof of noticing needs to be provided by 7/20/2026
Neighbor Notice: Since your item is new, please ensure noticing is complete at least seven days before
the public hearing and that all neighbors on the list provided have been noticed to ensure your item
remains on the Agenda. Please find attached the neighbor noticing instructions, cover letter, and
mailing list. Once mailing is complete, please provide the city with the certificate of mailing via
email or hard copy.
Onsite Notice: You are required to post an onsite notice regarding your pending matter.
