Please be advised this does not need to be certified mail, just sent with a certificate of mailing. For signage it would be two for the two actions at 38 Beekman and four for the two actions at 48 Ash Street. We were unable to combine signage based on the different project descriptions / number of words that can be on the sign. For example, William Van Derburg at 42 Ash Street is on all three mailing lists. Do we need to pay for a certified mailing on three separate envelopes, or can we stuff a single envelope with the three different letters? Evanne Shanely at 19 South Franklin Street is only on two of the lists. Is that two envelopes, or one with two letters? I’d prefer not to require my clients to spend more money on postage than they have to. Second, can you please confirm just how many signs there will be? Is it simply three, one for 38 Beekman and two for 48 Ash Street because it’s a corner lot?
