IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION

Involving the premises with tax parcel #191.-1-22.2, in the City of Saratoga Springs, on an application for sketch
plan review to allow a temporary use permit for a Farm Stand and Mobile Food Vendor use allowance in the
Gateway Commercial – Rural (GC-R) District.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Planning Board classified the action as a Type II SEQRA Action;
And, in accordance with Special Use Permit approval standards in the Unified Development Ordinance, Article
13.4, the Planning Board issued the following decision on July 16, 2026 (Approved 6-0: Pingel, McTygue,
Ferrante, Stellato, Mayo, Trifilo):
Approve temporary use of the property for sixteen (16) scheduled events (July 17, 18, 24, 26, 29, 30; August 6,
7, 9, 11, 12, 20, 21, 29, 30, and September 5, 2026) with the following conditions:
• Applicant to provide a detailed parking plan to be administratively approved by the Planning Board Chair
by July 24, 2026.
• Temporary free-standing sign allowance up to 24 square feet in area.
• Directional signs for parking area acceptable. No feather flags/sails or other prohibited sign types.
• No parking within New York State right-of-way.
