As it stands, the only feedback I have on record with Accounts is from Building Department last month, when there was some unpermitted work occurring in this space. The original application is attached to this email for your convenience. I’ve also attached the DRB application, as the only person on this email who would have seen that so far is Julia and there are some additional details related to the layout contained in that application. Do we need to hold a sit-down meeting to discuss, much as we found ourselves previously doing with the Pint-Sized (Phila St) and Clancy’s applications? Please advise of your availability for such a meeting. I’ll request a copy of their alcohol supervision and control plan for the outdoor seating area; hopefully once we can review that it addresses how they are planning to control that area. We are aware there are concerns based on the past outdoor dining usage of this specific green space under Pint Sized, and I think it is accurate that we all want to make sure any future licenses for this space encourage responsible civic behavior from the licensee. I do want to ask if they plan to only allow patrons in the outdoor dining area if they're seated at a table.
