Hi Julia,
Please see the attached PDF and PowerPoint containing the revised drawings for 22 Fifth Avenue.
The revisions include the following:
Revised the front window fenestration to better align and stack the upper and lower windows. Due to
existing structural constraints and the current floor plan, we maximized the adjustments that could
reasonably be made while maintaining the existing structure.
Increased the width of the first-floor front porch windows and reduced the spacing between them so they
read more as a unified opening, better reflecting the Colonial Revival character discussed during the Board's
review.
Adjusted the upper front window configuration to a rectangular window with a diamond-pattern grille.
Included two architectural options for the cornice:
One with reduced-size dentil blocks.
One with the dentil blocks removed entirely.
We took the Board's comments into consideration throughout the revisions while balancing the limitations of the
existing home and floor plan.

My design team is just working on some tweaks; can I get it to you around 1PM?
Based on the last meeting, it seems like it was well received. I will just be resubmitting a new
elevation based on the last boards comments as well as the 1:1 slides for existing vs proposed.

Do you have new materials for tonight's workshop? I don't believe I have received anything
new.
There were concerns at the meeting regarding window fenestration, shapes, grill pattern, the
corbels/dentals and the eyebrow window.
Would you prefer I move you to the Aug 5 agenda for final approval?
