A proposed lot line adjustment of 909 sf to rectify the encroachment created by
placement of the neighbor's storage shed.
Location: Northway Court and Clubhouse Drive (near Crescent Ave., CR# 22)
Received from the City of Saratoga Springs Planning Board on January 6, 2020.
Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board and Staff on January 13, 2020.
Decision: No Significant Countywide or Intercommunity Impact
In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of
Saratoga Springs Planning Board and the Saratoga County Planning Board, the above-
noted lot line adjustment which will be administratively reviewed by the city Planning
Board Chairman has been reviewed by staff and with necessary concurrence has been
deemed to present no significant county-wide impacts.
