currently incomplete and will need additional information to proceed with the review. The checklist provided
with the application to complete your submission is attached. We require Completed SEQR Environmental
Assessment Form — short or long form as required by action. You may access the SEQR form here:

Additionally, a detailed "to scale" drawing(s) i.e. site plan/plot plan folded and no larger than 24"x 36" is
required to Identify all existing and proposed structures, lot boundaries and dimensions, your zoning district,
and the relationship of structures to the lot's dimensions, required setbacks, etc.
Your drawing(s) i.e. site plan/plot plan should include a zoning analysis of current and proposed conditions, to
include calculations for the maximum allowable building coverage, impervious coverage, and setbacks from
property lines, all in line with the dimensional standards establishes in your zoning district where the property is
situated.
If you have an up-to-date property survey, it will provide these necessary details for this analysis. Alternatively,
you can reach out to your homeowners' association for guidance regarding the regulations of the PUD
subdivision's and residential dimensional requirements established. Kindly provide us with the completed
information so we may proceed with our review. I have included Mark Graham, the Administrative Assistant to
assist you with your application submission.
