My wife Nicole and I are not opposed to the requested zoning
variance for the proposed project at 109 Ludlow Street. After
communicating directly with the project architect, Sue Davis of

SD Atelier Architecture, we received assurances regarding
drainage, snow management, building materials, and
maintaining open access between the garages, which
satisfactorily addressed our concerns related to the project.
While our personal concerns have been addressed, we also
hope that the concerns and assurances requested by all
adjacent neighbors are given equal consideration so that the
final revised project reflects a balanced outcome for everyone
impacted. We support a resolution that allows the applicant to
move forward with their project while also minimizing impacts to
neighboring properties and local green space while preserving
a positive relationship among all parties involved.
For reference and inclusion in the public record, we will also be
submitting the related email correspondence for review at the
next meeting.
