Involving the premises at 29 Chloe’s Way with Tax Parcel ID no. 178.52-6-9, in the City of Saratoga Springs,
on an application for a subdivision modification within the Urban Residential – 2 (UR-2) District.
In accordance with requirements set forth in the City’s Unified Development Ordinance (UDO), the
Planning Board Chair issued the following decision on June 23, 2026:
Approve the landscape plan dated 1/29/2026 within the no-cut buffer area at the rear of the lot:
• The existing tree and the new plantings shall constitute the modified landscaped buffer.
The applicant is required to complete the following as per the City’s UDO:
• Applicant shall provide verification of compliance with the landscape plan after plantings
installed.
