NOTICE OF DECISION
In the matter of the application

involving Historic review of mass and scale of a proposed 6 story mixed-use structure within the Urban Core (UC)
District, tax parcel # 165.75-1-7, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
In accordance with 6 NYCRR Part 617, the Design Review Board classifies this request as a SEQR:
Unlisted Action- Negative Declaration by Design Review Board June 17, 2026
And, in accordance with the objectives, standards and guidelines contained in the Unified Development Ordinance
Article 240-13.9 Historic Review Applicability and Approval Standards, the Design Review Board issues the following
decision on June 17, 2026:
Approve the mass and scale as submitted or shown on the attached plans
Record of vote:
motion to approve made by JGritsavage, seconded by CBennett passed 6-0
In favor: CBennett, LDiCarlo, RDuBoff, JGritsavage, KCavotta, G Wood
As a result of this decision, the applicant:
may not proceed with the required permit process until final approval is granted
