RE: Historic Review Application – 624 North Broadway, Saratoga Springs New York,
Tax Parcel: 165.44-1-22 - Proposed Use: Multi-family Dwelling: Residential Only
Hello Julia:
Please be advised this office represents Crisafulli Associates (the “Applicant”), and will act as co-
agent with Reveal Architecture Design LLC (“Reveal”), with respect to the Historic Review Application
(the “Application”) for Tax Parcel: 165.44-1-22 located at 624 North Broadway in Saratoga Springs New
York (the “Property”).
The Application was reviewed by the Board on June 3, 2025, and the primary comment was that the
board members wished to have a better understanding of how the proposed building would fit into the
context of the neighborhood from a height, mass and scale prospective.
On June 10, 2026, in response to those comments, Reveal submitted an Aerial Diagram depicting a
rendering of the proposed building on the Property, to show the relative mass and scale within the context
of the neighborhood. Further submitted that day were the details of the proposed materials for the
Application.
To further that response, submitted herewith is Streetscape Study, showing the proposed building
within the context of the street using pictures taken from the street with the rendering inserted.
Specifically, the streetscape study shows the site under current conditions and two views showing the
proposed building placed on the site: one with and one without the mature street trees that will remain in
place following construction.
On behalf of the Applicant, we look forward to discussing the additional materials submitted relative
to both height mass and scale, as well as full approval under the Historic Review Standards of the UDO
contained in Section 13.9 (H). I request the Application be placed on the next available Design Review
Board Agenda.
