involving determination of significance, discussion of partial demolition of an existing structure within the Urban
Residential 1 (UR-1) District, tax parcel #166.62-2-17, within the City of Saratoga Springs.
Consistent with Section 13 of the City's Unified Development Ordinance, the Design Review Board determines on
June 3, 2026 that the structure noted:
Does not have Architectural and/or historical significance contributing to the historic fabric and
resources of the City of Saratoga Springs.
