Re: SCPB Referral Review #26-108 - Site Plan - Regeneron
Proposed Phase I site plan, that includes upgrades to the proposed 989,871 s.f. manufacturing building
which includes the construction of a previously approved addition of 79,297 s.f. Other exterior site work
is proposed as the construction of bulk chemical storage, water towers, pipe racks and parking and
sidewalk improvements. The manufacturing facility is aiming to operate by 2030.

Reviewed by the Saratoga County Planning Board on June 18, 2026.
Decision: No Significant County Wide Inter Community Impact
Comment: The Board members provided some comments related to the multi use pathway
connection and additional signage for truck traffic around the project site. Board members agreed that
these comments were discussed during the master plan review for the project and were satisfied with
the responses. In addition, board members encouraged the applicant to work with CDTA and the City of
Saratoga Springs to provide additonal bus service to the area.
Lastly, any improvements in the CR-46 ROW will require a permit.
